Welcome to Lovit Nails. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use lovitnails.co.za, purchase products from us or book services offered through our website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to rights provided by South African law.

2. Products and services

Lovit Nails sells press-on nails, nail-related products and accessories, and other products displayed on the website. Nail appointments may also be offered where advertised and available. Product and service availability may change from time to time.

3. Product images and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screens, lighting and photography may affect how colours appear, and handcrafted products may contain minor natural variations. This does not limit your rights where a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

4. Press-on nail sizing and custom orders

Customers are responsible for checking the nail size, shape, length, design, colour, quantity and selected options before checkout. Where we make a set according to sizing or measurements supplied by the customer, the customer must ensure the information is accurate.

Lovit Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting solely from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer. This does not apply where we supplied a size different from the size correctly ordered.

5. Orders

Adding products to a cart does not reserve them. Before checkout, customers are responsible for reviewing selected products, quantities, customisation options, delivery address, contact information, price and delivery charges.

An order is considered accepted once we confirm it or begin fulfilment, subject to product availability and applicable law. We may contact you if there is a genuine pricing, stock, payment or order-processing issue.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. The full amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before checkout is completed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders requiring payment will be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may run for a limited time, apply only to selected products, require a minimum spend, have specific eligibility requirements or be subject to stock availability. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined. We may correct an obvious promotional or pricing error, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Shipping and delivery

Physical product deliveries are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates provided on the website or by a courier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Nail appointments

Appointment availability is subject to the dates, times, location and services displayed through our booking system or website. Any deposit, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival or no-show rule will be disclosed before or when a booking is made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

11. Acceptable website use

You may not use our website to commit fraud or unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access to the website or systems, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, copy or commercially exploit website content without permission, or provide false information when ordering or booking.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Lovit Nails’ branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, written content and other original material belong to Lovit Nails or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-party services

Our website may rely on third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, booking providers and delivery companies. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Lovit Nails is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, but this does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Lovit Nails will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

16. Electronic communications

By providing an email address or mobile number when ordering or booking, you agree that we may send communications reasonably necessary to administer your transaction, including order confirmations, payment information, delivery updates, booking confirmations and customer-service messages. Marketing communications will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law and the choices available to customers.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.

18. Governing law

These Terms and transactions made through Lovit Nails are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
